Linda Gray is Senior Vice President, Executive Search Non-Profit for Ratliff & Taylor. She oversees all aspects of the retained non-profit search practice, working closely with clients. Linda is directly responsible for the quality of each non-profit search and the entire client experience. She is known for building exceptional relationships with clients and candidates, assessing talent strategies and business needs, facilitating search committees, engaging top talent and consulting on current labor market trends.
In addition to her primary responsibilities in leading the non-profit search practice, Linda also engages in public speaking and is often asked to present on a variety of topics related to talent management and talent acquisition in the non-profit sector.
Additionally, Linda has created and is the Global Practice Leader for the Non-Profit Search Practice for Cornerstone International Group; a global member organization for boutique executive search firms of which Ratliff & Taylor is a significant member. Through the non-profit practice group, Linda is helping to build the practices of 40 member organizations in 56 countries around the world.
Prior to joining the firm, Linda held several leadership roles in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at organizations including Timken, KeyBank and Weltman, Weinberg & Reis.
